Move it or lose It

Mondays at 11.30am. £5 per class.

‘Move It or Lose It’ exercise classes for older adults are based on the four elements of Flexibility, Aerobic health, Balance and Strength (or FABS for short).

The group sessions are delivered by a qualified instructor (Ann) and the exercises and exercise routines are set to music and can be carried out seated, standing with support or free standing, depending on ability.
