Move It Or Lose It

Mondays at 10.30am £5 per class.

Move It or Lose It exercise classes for older adults are based on the four elements of Flexibility, Aerobic health, Balance and Strength or FABS for short.

The group sessions are delivered by a qualified instructor (Ann) and the exercises and exercise routines are set to music and can be carried out seated, standing with support or free standing, depending on ability.

Everyone is welcome, no need to book just pop along and the Cafe will be open in case you fancy a cuppa after your class!
