Led by Sue, a registered Hatha Yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist with over 15 years of teaching experience, this class offers a supportive space to reconnect with your body and breath.

Classes are held every Monday from 10.30am to 11.30am and are £6. No need to book, simply go the Box Office around 10 minutes before the class, or why not come to Cafe a bit earlier to enjoy a cuppa before you get going, we’re open from 9am.
