Christmas Murder Mystery Dinner 14th Dec
Christmas Murder Mystery Dinner
Exmouth Pavilion and Moonstone Theatre presents an evening of murder mystery...
It is 1935. The Easterbrook family home in the little Devon village of Willingham on the eastern slopes of Dartmoor was resplendent in its Christmas garb. Lights twinkled on the Christmas Tree in the drawing room and the presents, carefully wrapped and labelled, lay underneath waiting for eager hands to open them and find the treasures within.
Above the doorway between the hall and the drawing room mistletoe had been hung to catch the unwary.
Such was the situation that fateful Christmas Eve but when the family came down on Christmas Morning a very different sight met their horrified gaze. Noel Easterbrook, a businessman, was lying beneath the mistletoe with a dagger in his chest.
Shocked, the butler, Henry Jarvis, raises the alarm and an investigator arrives and seeks for the truth.
With no sign of a break in it must have been someone in the house or someone who had been let in by another member of the family but who and why? The investigator gathers the suspects together and is determined to get to the truth before the evening is over.
