Murder Mystery Dinner - Incident In The Icehouse

A weekend Christmas party at the elegant Georgian mansion of Sir Richard Caldicot was a special event in the social calendar of the county. Caldicot House and grounds was set in a beautiful Devon valley with gardens and grounds designed by Capability Brown. It was a special place.


On one such weekend in December 1935, with the Christmas house party in full swing, dinner was interrupted by Detective Chief Inspector Appleby of the Devon Constabulary who had arrived with bad news. The body of a young woman had been found in the Icehouse and it was clear that she had been murdered.


Who was she? And how did she come to be found in the Icehouse? Why was she killed? Detective Chief Inspector Appleby believes he has four key persons of interest to question and, as he begins his investigation, tensions rise as long held secrets come to light.


All the clues will be there to catch the killer but they will they be correctly deduced. With the help of the guests present, the Chief Inspector is determined to get to the truth before the evening is over.
