Murder Mystery Dinner The Moonstone with an Emerald
Murder Mystery Dinner The Moonstone with an Emerald
It is 1935. Gabriel Horncastle runs a successful jewellery business and has arranged a party for his friends and family to celebrate a special anniversary and the finding a fabulous emerald in Egypt many years before but the death of a guest expected to attend had thrown a damper on proceedings.
The death was that of James Whitworth, a local doctor who had recently retired. At first it was thought that he had succumbed to death by natural causes but the view of the Police Surgeon who examined the body was that all was not as it seemed. The party goers were held by the Police pending further investigations.
Detective Chief Inspector Appleby was put in charge of the case, and he quickly determined that Dr. Whitworth had planned to meet four companions at the party.
He now seeks the help of others at the party in trying to determine which, or how many, of those four were responsible for Dr Whitworth’s death.
All the clues will be there to catch the killer, but will they be correctly identified? Chief Inspector Appleby is determined to get to the truth before releasing anyone from the building.
